The problem
Describe what happens today and why it is inadequate. Avoid starting with a feature list before explaining the problem.
The user
Identify who uses the product and what they need to accomplish. If there are different roles, state them early.
Success
Define what success looks like after launch: more requests, less time, clearer tracking or an easier experience. This helps prioritize features.
